Parkway Drive @ SKG

Εδώ και δύο μήνες αναμένω αυτό το live: τους Αυστραλούς Parkway Drive και το απίστευτο show τους. Να δω όμως τι προδιαγραφές ασφαλείας έχουμε στα μαγαζιά μας και αν θα δούμε τίποτα από αυτά που παρουσιάζουν στις υπόλοιπες πόλεις της Ευρώπης (φωτιές, ανυψωτικές πλατφόρμες, περιστρεφόμενο ντράμερ!).

Θυμήθηκα το Dead Inside ένα παλιό τραγούδι από Arch Enemy, μέσα από τη δισκάρα Burning Bridges.

Remembering Skyclad

Πρωτοακούσαμε τους βρετανούς Skyclad πίσω στα 1993 σε τοπικό ραδιοφωνικό σταθμό. Το τραγούδι ήταν φυσικά το Thinking allowed. Από φίλο άκουσα (και κόλλησα με) το δίσκο Prince of the Poverty Line. Έπειτα, έπιασαν την κορυφή με το Inequality street. Τους είδαμε live το 1998 στην κορυφή, μάλλον, της καριέρας τους. Μετά από 19 χρόνια, θα τους ξαναδούμε ζωντανά (στις 19 Απριλίου) χωρίς τον Martin Walkyier φυσικά. Μία ευκαιρία για ξένοιαστη διασκέδαση και επιστροφή στις αναμνήσεις των 90s.
